Sole proprietor or partnership which intends to provide land survey services in West Malaysia and Labuan is required to apply to the Board for a Practice Certificate.
Checklist
1. Application Letter to the board (to be tabled in monthly Board Meeting) shall include:-
(a) If the firm name is new

List 3 name choices
Firm address (if available)
Retirement Letter of Approval from JPA (if applicable)

(b) If the firm name has already been established

Practising permission letter from the existing principal
Firm address (if available)
Retirement Letter of Approval from JPA (if applicable)

2. Payment of RM1,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One Thousand)
